Menopause.

There isn’t any use pretending…

So, might as well look for the humor.

Remember the commercials for Lay’s potato chips when they said the line……”bet you can’t stop at just one”?

Well, menopause reminds me that random chin hairs are a lot like potato chips.

Especially when you have one of these

and one of these

You usually can’t stop at one.  🙂

  1. Never mind Denise, what’s a little ‘air between friends….
that was an amusing post and oh so true. I have two whiskers that keep appearing and no amount of weeding will take them away forever. Like the weeds in my garden they pop up when you are not looking.
Lovely to hear from you again. You have been very quiet!

  2. This is hilarious! My question is why are the old lady chin hairs so wirery, stiff and they seem thicker than eyebrow hair?

    • Well, I certainly hope my old, stiff, thick chin hairs have no relationship with any behavior or condition on my part…but come to think of it, I am kind of older, stiff in the joints and thick in “ahem” certain places… 🙂 Thanks for commenting!
